How to use the product
The Atlantic Blend can be used straight in the pot while making the food, and best fits dishes with a lot of liquid. It’s easy to portion, just have a teaspoon per person right in the dish. Suitable for meat, as well as fish.
The Atlantic Blend gives you all that seaweed has to offer in one grinder. It has the widest range of flavors and nutrients of any of our products.

The Atlantic Blend is a difficult product to put together, and an even more difficult product to explain. It is a combination of some of the most delicious seaweeds that exist, and it makes it almost impossible to describe what the final flavor will be. It really has to be experienced!
We have also thought about how the different seaweed types complement each other when it comes to nutrients. For example, Dulse contains 100% of the daily recommended dose of B12 and 93% for Vitamin A, but it is low in magnesium. So we get that from the Sugar Kelp and the Atlantic Kombu that have about 50% of the magnesium you need.
When we mix this way, it gets a little less of each, but it contains a more even level of how much you get of the various vitamins and minerals. It also allows you to use more of The Atlantic Blend than any of the other products.
