Kelp Broth


  • 5dl of water
  • 15-20g dried finger kelp

Instructions for this recipe

Cook for approx. 30min until the tare is approximately at 3dl worth of fluid again. Sew the tare out and the broth is ready for use!

Tare broth is used as normal meat broth, and 5dl of water equals what is usually needed for 1 regular cube of meat broth.

Use this to promote taste and nutrient content.

Works great for meat dishes, pastries and sauces!

In this recipe, we have used finger kelp, but you may want to mix in several types of seaweed and kelp altogether, too!
