Pasta sauce with kelp broth – The Umami Bomb!


  • 1,5dl Kelp broth (see other recipe)
  • 3dl cream
  • 200g bacon
  • 200g mushrooms
  • ½ ts salt
  • ½ ts pepper
  • ½ ts sugar
  • A few drops of lemon juice

Instructions for this recipe

Heat water to a boil. When done, pour in pasta as indicated. Bake bacon and mushrooms. In a pot, add the broth, cream, sugar and lemon. Let this pasta sauce boil for 10 minutes before seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain your pasta’s water and serve! Let your delicious new sauce cover your newly made pasta!
