Boil for approx. 30min until there is about 3dl fluid left. Sift out the seaweed and then the broth is ready for use.Seaweed broth is used the same way as a regular meat or vegetable broth. 5dl water is equivalent to 1 regular dice of broth. Use this to enhance taste and improve nutritional content. Works excellent for meat dishes, baking and sauces!In this recipe we have used Atlantic Kombu, but you can mix several types of seaweed if you want.
